Meet Amy Davies MC/MPA 2010, Senior Director of Alumni Relations
Dear HKS Alumni,
I’m thrilled to be your new senior director of alumni relations!
Since I started as an MC/MPA student in the summer of 2009, I’ve been energized by the mission of Harvard Kennedy School. Over the past six years, I’ve both seen and been a part of the magic that is created when the ideas, the people, and the timing come together—something that happens so often here.
Having been a student and a staff member at HKS, I’ve gotten to meet and know many of you from across all our programs. I’m especially excited about my new role because I will have the opportunity to learn more about what all of you are doing across the world and how you are making an impact and improving people’s lives.
I’ll be working closely with the excellent Alumni Relations staff—Kristen Curran, who is the assistant director of alumni relations, and Shae Callahan, who is the alumni relations coordinator—to continue the exceptional work of Liz Nuñez, who formerly served as senior director. They all have done such good work to increase connections among alumni and between alumni and the School, and I am eager to build upon their efforts. My goal is to work to strengthen our network, and to continue to leverage the Kennedy School alumni community as a force for good in our world.
I look forward to getting to know more of you as I take on this new role. I feel so fortunate to be starting a new job where it already feels like home. If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
With best regards,
Amy Davies MC/MPA 2010
After 15 years at Harvard University, Liz Nuñez, former senior director of alumni relations at the Kennedy School, has moved to Dartmouth College, where she serves as director of alumni leadership. We are tremendously grateful for her many contributions to Harvard and wish her well in her new role.
